I don't think that all women will say something other than what they mean. Its just better to communicate correctly but sometimes girls don't want to get hurt, so they keep their feelings to themselves until they can judge what the guy thinks.
Very funny. More of a stereotype of both genders though. I know of a few girls that say it as it is... when it needs to be said.
